Pro Cheer Abs Week 2: Reps or Secs of 20
Last week we focused on really working the core through repetitive sit ups and lifts–however this week I want you to increase your reps and time intervals by really tightening your core and engaging all of your muscles. The key to core strengthening is keeping yourself balanced and lifted. Also, try to avoid wobbling and sinking to the floor.
Remember, the goal is to be super toned in the middle, not allowing the judges to be distracted by anything except for your amazing dance skills. Again, to hold myself accountable, I will be practicing what I preach by working out with you all.
