Pro Cheer Abs Week 1: Reps of 15
The first thing you might want to start working on now is that 6 pack–or maybe you’re like me and will settle for a 4 pack :). Whatever you decide, the goal is to be super toned in the middle, not allowing the judges to be distracted by anything except for your amazing dance skills. So the time is now, it’s time to establish an ab routine. To hold myself accountable, I will be practicing what I preach by working out with you all.
