Pro Cheer Abs Week 3 : Reps of 25
Last week we focused on working our cores by holding our body weight with our abs. This week, we’re simply going back to week one, except this time we’re adding more reps. Remember, the key to core strengthening is keeping yourself balanced and lifted. You’ll also want to avoid wobbling and sinking to the floor.
Remember, the goal is to be super toned in the middle, not allowing the judges to be distracted by anything except for your amazing dance skills. Again, to hold myself accountable, I will be practicing what I preach by working out with you all.
