Sasha Agent has spent the last 18 years of her life involved in cheerleading and dance. She started with a youth team, polished her skills in high school, and transitioned into the dance world by auditioning for the NBA’s Sacramento Kings. While attending the University of California, Davis, she danced for the Sacramento Kings from 2001 to 2005, and graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Human Development. Over the next 4 years, Sasha served as an AmeriCorps member and volunteered time in the community by helping at risk youth. During this time, Sasha established a hip hop and salsa aerobics class open to high risk teens. She moved to Poland in the fall of 2007, and helped choreograph for a professional basketball dance team in Kotwica, Kolobrezeg. Upon her arrival back to the United States, Sasha decided to make the move to Dallas, Texas in pursuits of following her dream of becoming a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader. Sasha was a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader from the 2010 to 2012, and also received the honor of being named Rookie of the Year in 2011. During that time she had the opportunity to dance on stage with artists such as, Keith Urban, Enrique Iglesias, and Pitbull. Sasha has started a professional cheer blog called CheerTime 101 and offers clinics and private coaching for girls wanting to audition for professional cheerleading teams. She is currently a teacher and cheerleading coach in the Carrollton-Farmers Branch Independent School District, and continues to take part in local cheerleading and dance events around the Dallas area. Sasha currently resides in Dallas, Texas with her husband and two beautiful daughters.
